Located on the ground floor, which used to be the stables and wine cellar, you will find our dining room in which you can sample our typical country cooking, with specialities including barbecue and spit-roasts.

During the summer, weather permitting, it is possible to eat al fresco in the courtyard in front of the main cottage.


Many of the ingredients used in our kitchen are produced on our farm such as oil, vegetables, cereals, cheese, truffles and meats. We rear Suffolk lambs to the standards set by the APA in Perugia, whose meat is lean and tender.


As a family-run business, we personally prepare our specialities such as bruschetta, torta al testo bread, pastas such as tagliatelle, strangozzi, lasagne and soups such as spelt, chickpea and lentil, as well preparing our own meats such as wild boar, hare, rabbit…
